Booking Policy

 Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required for all appointments. Please forward deposit to info@radiantskincare.ca with your full name and service booked in the notes section.

• Payment Method: Accepted via etransfer at info@radiantskincare.ca.
   
• Applied Toward Service: Your deposit will be deducted from your final service total at the time of your appointment.
   
• Cancellation & Rescheduling:
   
  • Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
     
  • Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment.
     
• Late Arrivals: Arriving late may reduce your treatment time or require rescheduling, and your deposit may still apply.

This allows us to reserve your time, prepare for your personalized treatment, and maintain a smooth schedule for all clients.
